Restylane® is an injectable filler comprised of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the human body. This clear, synthetic gel can be injected beneath the skin to smooth wrinkles, sculpt the lips and shape facial contours. Restylane® is commonly used to treat glabellar lines between the eyebrows and nasolabial folds running from the base of the nose to the corners of the mouth. Treatment can restore a smoother, more youthful facial appearance.

Dr. Andrew Kleinman is a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in the use of injectable fillers, including Restylane®. He will work closely with you to develop a treatment plan that can best help you achieve your desired result.

Restylane® PROCEDURE

Your Restylane® treatment will take place in the office setting and requires just fifteen to thirty minutes to complete. The Restylane® is injected in very small amounts directly into the skin using a very fine needle. Treatment is quick, discomfort is minimal, and results are nearly immediate.

Restylane® RECOVERY

While some swelling or redness may occur at the injection site, there is no real downtime or recovery associated with Restylane® treatment. In fact, patients can receive Restylane® during their lunch break and immediately return to work afterward. The results of Restylane® will vary for each patient but generally last for up to six months.
