I am ecstatic about the results of my rhinoplasty! After meeting with several plastic surgeons, I chose Dr. Kleinman because he spent the most time with me during the consultation and made me feel completely comfortable about making such an important decision. Before the operation he explained exactly what the procedure entailed (I had a closed rhinoplasty) and what the recovery would be like. I was pretty shocked that the recovery was not painful at all. Instead, it felt like my nose was really congested. In a week my splint was off and I have had absolutely no complications resulting from the surgery.
